We support cards such as Visa and Amex, and also offer alternative payment methods such as PayPal and Klarna.

If the item is faulty when you receive it, please inform our Customer Service team within 14 days from the date you received it, via customers@saintostos.com . Please include a photo and description of what's wrong with your item. We will arrange a return for a refund or replacement for you. Items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

We offer gift cards starting from £50. The gift cards have no expiry date and can be found  here. The gift card can be used on all the products on our website. If you would like to request a gift card for a different value or want a physical copy of your gift card, please contact our Customer Service team at customers@saintostos.com. 

We have a 14-day full refund return policy from the date the purchase was delivered. The item’s return is the customer’s responsibility. We will send you the shipping label, and this cost will be deducted from the refund. The item must be unused and in jewellery and swimwear the hygienic tag must not have been removed. You will receive the refund within 14 days after it has been accepted. We are also happy to arrange exchanges if we have the same item in stock. Exchanges are free, and we will send you a shipping label. Once we have received the item, we will send you a new one. Please contact customer service via this form or write to us at customers@saintostos.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please note, that the return policy does not apply to made-to-order items, gift cards or hair accessories for health and safety reasons.

Delivery is free within the UK for purchases over £100. We aim to deliver purchases within 3-5 working days. If you need the item sooner, pop us a message and we will try to sort it out for you. For international orders, delivery fees apply and will depend on the destination. Please note, that made-to-order items take a longer time to be shipped and the lead time can be found in the product's description.
